i am in my first year of game design rn and we just started to learn unity, although i am only getting to know the engine i can already see what you are writing about.
i am mainly using godot to make my games and i wonder how far i can get with it. i want to get very far and in the meantime try to reject professionalism at all costs. it's a bigger beast than i would have thought but i won't back down. thank you so much for this! it helps to keep going!!
I don’t have Unity and not willing to download it (will test the build version once I’m back on my laptop), but I find your essay powerful. The closing sings.
“Infuse the keyboard with your blood and bound the framerate to your heartbeat. Make your syntax your poetry and destroy the engine from the inside out. You are human.”

Beautiful.
Hope the build version wasn't too much of a disappointment haha. Thanks for reading, I'm really glad it resonates!!
